Private chatting is one of the best ways you can connect with your fans and make some serious $. You can message anyone that has purchased an item from your store.

To get started, head over to the Chat tab on your model dashboard. If you haven't chatted before, your window is going to look like this.

If you have, it should look like this.

To get started with a new conversation, head up to the search section on the top left of the chat window. You have 2 options when starting a new chat. You can choose Send All to mass message your fans, or search individually for a fan to start a 1 to 1 conversation.

Using the Send All option is a super easy way to engage with new & old fans in one click. Just click the Send All button next to the search. That will pop up a message box. Write your text or send a photo or video and hit send. It's that simple.

If your fan doesn't respond within 24 hours, the message automatically deletes. Allowing you to reach out multiple times without feeling too spammy. Don't worry, if you're already in a chat with a fan, the message will not disappear.

To start a chat with a specific fan, just start typing in their name. You will immediately see a list of your fans start to appear from the drop-down menu. 

Click on the fan you want to chat with. That will immediately start a conversation with that fan. When you send your 1st message, your fan will receive a chat message notification that they need to agree to. Once they agree, every message sent and received will be charged at your default chat price. Your default chat price is set in the Account tab of your dashboard.

At any time during the conversation, you can change the price by clicking on the price under your fans avatar.

That will pop a price change window where you can set the price per message sent and received.

Every time there is a price change, your fan has to agree to the change.
